So cool that you took on this! Kudos. (I had FOSDEM participation on my
TODO list, but the deadline is indeed this Sunday, and I’ll only be 100%
sure whether I can go to FOSDEM after speaking with my PhD advisor on
Tuesday.)

I was toying with the idea of applying for a main track CiviCRM
talk, but given that we want to organise a separate CiviCRM meetup
anyway, a devroom might indeed be a better idea – and one on
manuals/translations is a very good idea.
