[FM Discuss] Digital Foundations FLOSS Manual presentation in Lima, Perú

The Digital Foundations FLOSS Manual will be presented via skype-conference
in the Plasma 2 conference held in Lima, Perú.

Presentation of the Digital Foundation FLOSS Manual, which promotes the use
of FLOSS (Free Libre Open Source Software) tools in the design education.
Jennifer Dopazo will present the project of translation of the Digital
Foundations book (www.digital-foundations.net) to free software, to promote
the use of FLOSS tools and manuals in the educational environment.  She will
present how the project started, the process and the future plans.
The Digital Foundations Floss Manuals has been translated into spanish:
http://translate.flossmanuals.net/digitalfoundations_es, and it's nowadays
in the process of been translated in other languages.
The project FLOSS Manuals (www.flossmanuals.net) is a non profit
organization founded in 2006 oriented to the creation of high quality
documentation for the use of free software.

El Proyecto Digital Foundatios FLOSS Manuals será presentado vía Skype en la
conferencia Plasma 2: segundo encuentro peruano de arte y nuevos medios,
que tomará lugar en Lima, Perú.

Presentación del manual FLOSS Digital Foundations (Fundamentos Digitales
FLOSS) en el que se promueve el uso de herramientas FLOSS (Free and Open
Source Software) en la enseñanza del diseño. Jennifer Dopazo presenta el
proyecto de adaptación del libro Digital Foundations (

promover el uso de herramientas FLOSS en la enseñanza del diseño. Hablará de
cómo empezó el proyecto, el proceso y los planes para el futuro. Los

Manuals (Manuales FLOSS) es una organización sin ánimo de lucro fundada en
