[FM Discuss] epub format

Regarding the previous epub format conversation, in case anyone is 
interested, there's a list at

of which readers support which formats.  Probably not comprehensive, but 
good nonetheless.

It looks like very few listed support epub.  Not that that's a reason 
for FM to not support it ;)

Does objavi offer an ereader pdf format?  I don't know if there's a 
standard of dimensions for ereaders, but it might be good to look into 
it.  Unless it's already been done :P
