[FM Discuss] problem with remix

I see the same results when I try a remix of the Sugar 8.4 manual to
zipped HTML. I also observed that the Ajax text never appeared on the
export page.

However, when I do a remix with chapters from other manuals, remix
works as I have seen it work before.

My guess is that this problem is related to various problems we've
seen before with the 8_4 folder.
