There aren't any in this city, but we are discussing this with the
university of another city. They seem very interested in coming along. I
think that this would be the best way to get enough writers to register in
order create some kind of a wiki effect.

That is a good question. What was mentioned was QCad, but it doesn't seem to
be free software? Somebody must have thought we are documenting anything if
it is available for Linux... I don't know which CAD software would be a good
solution, but at least there are several in the Ubuntu repository.
