But note, that it is also only 16 pages.  On Lulu you get about 10 times
more pages for only 20 times the price.  However Lulu page size might be
about 2 times smaller.

I just checked out a german printing service website:

http://www.megadruck.de/produkte/artikel_details.asp?kategorie=68&produktgruppe=3&artikelcode=P06-000630#

They would print 32-page documents with huge page sizes of 305 x 450 mm
(greater than 2x A4) for only 34 cents.  However, minimum order amount
is 10000  :(
