[FM Discuss] Mifos manual, Chinese (zh) version on translate.flossmanuals.net

I think you would have two manuals and have to copy twice in Xchange on
translate.flossmanuals.net. One manual would have the name Mifos_zh_CN and
the other Mifos_zh_TW. The translators would choose their preferred language
to translate to (traditional or simplified).

Does that match other's thinking? (wow, horrid grammar choices this
afternoon.) :)

An administrator can set these up for you - I can start on those tonight (in
about 5 hours).
