[FM Discuss] Editing images for translations

Sorry to ask yet another question, but the Help doesn't say how to do this.

Where an image has a text label _as part of the image_, I need to edit this text. Presumably, I grab the original image, edit it in a graphics editor, then reupload it.

How do I upload the edited image and obtain its URL to insert in the translated manual?
