In the editing window, go to the insert image button (little mountain
and sun, between the insert file (yellow, chain) and the insert table
buttons. When the pop up window appears, find the appropriate folder
to upload the image to, adn then under the file listing you will see a
"upload" field - choose your file, etc etc...
