[FM Discuss] Mifos Manual Sprint COMPLETE! (some tasks remain)

We met our goal for Friday's sprint: all the content for the Mifos
user manual was moved from MS Word to flossmanuals.net. Woo hoo!

THANK YOU to our awesome sprinters, and to the folks who maintain
flossmanuals.net. I heart you.

We found the following process to be most successful in porting from
Word to flossmanuals.net:
* copy from Word or OpenOffice.org Writer
* paste into http://word2cleanhtml.com
* convert to clean HTML, checking these options:
** Remove empty paragraphs
** Convert <b> to <strong>, <i> to <em>
** Replace non-ascii characters with HTML entities
** Replace smart quotes with ascii equivalents
* slightly modify HTML
** remove <dd> and <dt> tags (they introduce superfluous indentation)
** make sure bullet lists use <ul> (may just be our doc)
* paste into HTML source view of WYSIWYG editor

There are still some remaining tasks. Here's one:
* port "How to create a new client" from Word to flossmanuals.net

Will someone please port that chapter from the Word doc? Some HTML
experience is required. If you're doing this, please indicate so by
entering "in progress - AdamMonsen" (replacing AdamMonsen with your
flossmanuals.net username) in the Google doc spreadsheet we're using
for coordination.
