[FM Discuss] Inkscape Basic

Well...I think I'm pretty much the lead contributor for English Inkscape 
FM at this point :)  Prokoudine would be the other major English 
contrib.  If you really need me to, I could ask on our list, but I know 
what the answer would be from them ;)
