[FM Discuss] using the GPL v3 or ASL 2 for Mifos user manual

Mifos is licensed under the Apache Software License, version 2. I'd
like to use this license or the GPL v3 for our manual, as either are
compatible.

* is there an extant manual on flossmanuals.net using something other
than the GPL v2?
* can someone give me a rough idea of how many places I'd need to
change licensing text to use something other than the GPL v2?
