[FM Discuss] call for help for Mifos user manual

Hi all!

We're on the home stretch of the Mifos manual. We need some help
uploading and placing images. Will you help us?

The images are here:
http://adammonsen.com/tmp/shots/

They're mentioned by filename (in all caps) in the existing manual.

For instance, in
http://en.flossmanuals.net/bin/view/Mifos/HowToDisbursePayOutALoan ,
you'll find "INSERT MIFOSDISBURSALDATE", indicating that
"mifosdisbursaldate.png" should be downloaded from
http://adammonsen.com/tmp/shots/ , uploaded to flossmanuals.net and
placed in the Mifos manual (with a 1px black border, as specified in
http://en.flossmanuals.net/bin/view/Mifos/WritingConventions ).

If you are willing to help, please go ahead and add images, then respond
to me, Mike Dash, and Anita Anderson indicating the chapter for which
you've added images. Also mention any images that were missing from
http://adammonsen.com/tmp/shots/ (this probably means new screenshots
need to be taken).
