[FM Discuss] call for help for Mifos user manual

OK, I've also added details to #flossmanuals, but they're not in order. I tried to target incomplete chapters, but in the end checked pretty much all of them. The chapters are listed in order in this email.

They still need checking for style, typos, completion etc. I only did a few cosmetic changes en route, focussing on missing images and other upper-case cues.
