[FM Discuss] All in one pdf file

Dear all,
    I want to distribute 6-8 FLOSSmanuals into single pdf file for printing
(hope so). Now what is the best way to combine all these pdf files

1) pdf joining
--> all mannuals has their page numbers , tables of contents. this will
create confusion.

2) download html version ( Ex -
http://en.flossmanuals.net/TheoraCookbook/print ) then convert into tex file
and then use tex to pdf to autogeneration
---> this is proper method to do so, but this will consumes some good amount
of energy,

Any other better way to do this.
