Ah... i see what you mean. Well you can do it with Remix (Objavi
creates nicer output then Remix).
How many manuals do you want to have together and how soon do you need
it? I can't promise anything
but if it is not much work i could add one extra button "add all
chapters" so you will not have to drag & drop
each chapter. So you would just select manuals from drop down list and
click somewhere to select all chapters.
