Hi,

the problem is in the backend engine that creates pdf. I thought it
would be just a bit of javascript on the client side
but this means changing client, engine input arguments and engine that
parses html files, creates TOC and etc.
Changing entire logic of Remix (we don't maintain it anymore) just for
book is too much right now. Sorry :(
