[FM Discuss] Translate Mifos Manual into French and Spanish

Anne and others,

A question regarding the translation interface. Are their additional
workflow states that can be activated and/or defined? The default ones
showing for our Mifos manuals are: "Unpublished, Untranslated, or Published"


I didn't see statuses such as "machine translated" that are referenced in
the user manual: http://en.flossmanuals.net/FLOSSManuals/TranslatingAManual

Are these states definable in a preferences menu like in the write
interface?
