[FM Discuss] Translate Mifos Manual into French and Spanish

Hi Ed,

I've just logged into the translate website and had a look at the
Mifos_es WebHome, I can see about 10 different workflow states that can
be selected including Machine Translated.

Maybe you need maintainer login to be able to access all workflow
states.

If you have any chapters you need to be set to Machine Translated, just
let me know which ones and I can change the status for you.
