[FM Discuss] How to test a translation for existing manual / sandbox?

Is it possible I can test how would work a translation for an existing
manual?

Would it also be cool to have, at the very end, or under the discussion link
ways to jump to : translation work, the project itself etc?

PS: thanks Adam and folks for the help / tip regarding my other e-mail. My
goal here is to understand this project as I am writing a proposal to
