[FM Discuss] Allocation of maintainer on plumi_id manual

Hi Folks,

Could I please be made the maintainer of the Indonesian language version
of the Plumi manual?

I had to create a new user ID for translate.flossmanuals.net so my Plumi
manual maintainer status didn't come across when Plumi_id was created.
