fwiw, I think that all translations should have a boolean field called
"Confirmed" or something similar - especially given the nature of this
data, how are we to know that the resulting translated content is
correct?
It's another layer of bureaucracy, I know, but the last thing we want
is (pick your anti terrorist/MI5/counter intelligence/CIA/Troll) mobs
translating docs and including "new data" that may be incriminatory or
revealing to those who subsequently use that translation.
