[FM Discuss] Translate Mifos Manual into French and Spanish

John,
Thanks for setting me up with that maintainer status. Regarding the workflow
states I was actually referencing the ones that are displayed and available
from the text editor (down by the save button) - not the ones from manual
index home.
There are still just the three basic workflow states there. Are the states
available from the editor configurable?
