[FM Discuss] Images, Prev/Next, etc

ok...I added the server magic for the plumi manual.

i saw a small issue: the index usually has a 'Title' box at the top for
the name of the manual ('Plumi'). This had been removed so I have now
added it, you can see it in the grey box here:
http://en.flossmanuals.net/bin/arrange/Plumi

I then republished the manual and I think it all works...try it out..

As for Plumi_id. Normally the Index (chapter titles) are translated. If
you dont do this then a index (nav on the left) will not be generated. I
fiddled this for you so it now works but it also had the title deleted,
so I also added this and republished it. When the index is translated i
can then add it to the front page unless you have a reason for the index
being in english?
