[FM Discuss] Campcaster/site manuals - publish, maintain, title

Dear all,

Apologies if this double posts - the first I sent seems to be awaiting 
moderator approval.

I was wondering if someone could help me with the Campcaster manual:

It's ready to go, so I'd appreciate if someone could publish it and then 
ask someone on the techlist to form the url/make the objavi pdf available.

Would I be able to become a maintainer of this manual and the Campsite 
manual also? I'll be doing a lot of work on them in the next few months.

Plus, one more final question - is it possible at all to change the 
manual titles? They're in camel caps right now and it should be 
Campcaster and Campsite... am I able to do this myself?
