Yeah - pretty much done. I just have to go and tweak the images so they
show up correctly. It was pretty hard going with the 'net connections we
had in Indonesia but I just got back home today so should have the rest
of the pages done in a few days.

Otherwise, the text has all been translated and we've got some
Indonesian folks starting to use the manual :)

Thanks again to all for helping me get my head around how all the
publish and translate & publish functions work :)
