[FM Discuss] glossary for civicrm

That is cool.

Some feedback that we had from end users was that it was hard, if you are
using civicrm, to find the chapters in the manual that relate to the 'thing'
in the interface you are trying to find out about.

We're tackling this in a few ways, but I think a 'well integrated' glossary
would be really useful here.
