[FM Discuss] glossary for civicrm

oops - here is her feedback.  any ideas on how we can tackle this within the
flossmanuals framework appreciated :)

"I had a thought about the Civi guidebook - it could really use an index at
the back. So, for example if you want to look up 'adding contacts to
groups', you can go straight to the index and find the exact pg number
rather than having to search through the whole groups chapter. I know
there's a table of contents at the front, but I don't think it's detailed
enough."
