[FM Discuss] Campcaster - publish?

Hi John,

Thanks for your help regarding the Campcaster manual 
(http://en.flossmanuals.net/bin/view/CampCaster/WebHome), but I still 
don't see the option to publish when I am logged in and on the manual's 
Repository page. Am I missing something?

And a more general question, perhaps aimed at Adam, is how would you 
recommend we deal with software versions now we have a fairly complete 
manual on the site? We plan at least two major new releases this year, 
both of which will require extensive rewrite of some sections. Trouble 
is, not everyone upgrades and there's still a lot of use for us in 
keeping the old manuals alive. I'm sure it's something you've come 
across before... :)
