[FM Discuss] Campcaster - publish?

Hi Adam,

You should be able to see the publish button on left below logout and
register.

As for the need for manuals covering different software versions, I'm
not sure of the best method.  

One option is to use  use Objavi (http://objavi.flossmanuals.net) which
Publishes 'Published' manuals into different formats such as pdf, html,
epub.  When you use objavi title the book using the desired version
number for the software.  You could then host the manuals for older
versions on your website while keeping the manual on FM for only the
current version of Campcaster.

I'll check with Adam to see if he has any better ideas.
