[FM Discuss] Possible to add Campcaster & Campsite to translation list?

the manual will only appear there if you start a translation...

if we set up all manuals for all languages it would be too much so we
set them up for translations that are requested for specific languages.
so when you have someone ready to go on a translation let us know and we
will set it up for them
