[FM Discuss] Error on Publish when translating

Hi Clytie,

Which manual are you working on when you get these errors?
I had a quick look at XO_vi manual and the chapters still need to be
added to the manual index.  If you look at
http://translate.flossmanuals.net/bin/view/XO_vi/WebHome you can see
that I have added "About Computers" to the Manual Index, It has been
separated from the chapters not yet added and it's status has been saved
as "Published".  The Arrange Manual Index link
( http://translate.flossmanuals.net/bin/arrange/XO_vi )is at the top of
the WebHome page.
