[FM Discuss] HTML formatting issue with ReadingandSugar

Adam,

The char code works if you save the page when you are in HTML mode.
As soon as you switch to WYSIWYG mode or resume work on a saved page
you get asterisks and underscores again.

I rephrased the sentences in question to avoid the issue, which I'm
guessing will not be a common one.
