Teza,

If you have signed up to flossmanuals.net _and_
translate.flossmanuals.net (they are separate for the moment) you are
in a good way there.

I would recommend OmegaT as excellent translation software - better
than Open Office - since it's developed as a specific translation
tool. It opens OOorg files.

After that, http://en.flossmanuals.net/FLOSSManuals/TranslatingAManual
is where you want to be - it explains a method that's doesn't require
OmegaT, but I recommend it regardless :)

there's a start, let us know how you go, which manuals you are looking
to translate and any questions you may have
