[FM Discuss] glossary for civicrm

I had some discussion with sprint leaders a week ago about 
the difficulty of finding terms. One of the guidelines during 
the sprint is to use precise terms in titles ("Using Email" 
instead of "Reaching Your Constituents"). I also suggested 
that each glossary term contain a reference to the section 
that has the best introduction to the term. That takes a 
bit of work, though.
