[FM Discuss] "Make Your Own Sugar Activities!" in Spanish

I checked out the Spanish version of my book site and there are a
couple of minor issues with it.  There are a couple of extra chapters,
"Help" and "Glossary", and the "Credits" chapter is missing.  Other
than that it looks OK.
