Welcome back, I've got my hip waders on. Just kidding!

I can do these changes.

For #2, when you say top bar same width do you mean height (from the grey
gradient to the top of the browser window)?

For #3 I believe I'll also need file access not just Admin on the blog so I
can install a plugin.
