[FM Discuss] Lost chapter

A little while ago, Booki threw away a chapter I was writing when I
accidentally triggered the Back button in Firefox. Going forward did
not take me to the page I was editing, but to the book ToC. The
chapter was temporarily locked in a way that prevented me getting back
in. When the lock was released, and I was able to enter the chapter,
it was empty.

I see no way to recover this content, and will have to see whether I
can reconstruct it.
