[FM Discuss] Fwd: About http://translate.flossmanuals.net encoding

If it's lat file, then it must be sqllite, I'm not up to speed on
encoding in said db, but can study if you need. Now that you mention
it, my postgres isn't so great either. But I can look into and get
back to you if you need....but at the end of the day, it's an encoding
issue despite your protestations ( :) sorry mate). It'll be fine,
we'll be good by launch date ;P
