[FM Discuss] Interesting article about what makes groups function well

This is not about FM, but might interest members of this list. The
thrust of the article is that preliminary research suggests two things
that make groups function well: 1) Members' ability to read emotional
cues, and 2) A non-controlling administrator with a sense of
cooperation (which I think Adam embodies admirably).
