[FM Discuss] "An E-Book Revolution" should become "E-Book Enlightenment"

for the enlightenment book...

the image links should be:
"static/nameofimage.xxx" eg

static/my_first_ebook.png

thats actually the format for all books. so if anyone has an issue with
images u just need to check that those references are correct. 

So, James - Aco is quite busy at the mo, I asked if he could wave his
magic regex at it and fix the inks in the database for you...but if he
doesnt get to it in time for you...then you can go through and manually
edit the image links. I did the first chapter. happy to help out if it
turns into too much of a grind for you
