[FM Discuss] "An E-Book Revolution" should become "E-Book Enlightenment"

Adam,

The link works, I'm OK with the shorter title, but other stuff seems
messed up.  For instance, the "Attachments" tab shows NO attachments,
when it should show a lot.  Also, all the work I did on the book in
the last couple of days is gone.  I renamed the chapter titles to use
a mixture of upper and lower case and they're all back to ALL CAPS and
a whole new chapter I wrote on calibre is missing.

The links to the images look OK, and in fact I remember correcting
each and every one of them by hand, so if they needed to be corrected
again it makes me wonder what other work I might have lost.  I'd feel
a hell of a lot better about the images if I could see a list of them
in the "Insert Images" dialog.  THAT'S totally empty too.

People do rename their books and Booki needs to handle that a lot
better.  In TWiki the book was called ReadingandSugar internally but
you could give it any title you wanted and change it whenever.  That's
the way it should be for Booki.
