ah damn.i am very very sorry. that was my stupid mistake. an admin
blunder on my part. i had to delete the old manual because something was
not working. i had the idea you were not working on it but didnt check.
I am _very_ sorry for this James. You can take some solace that this is
the first time it has happened in fm it the entire time we have been
going but a pity it was you who had to be the first...
