[FM Discuss] please publish Mifos manual on booki

The new (booki) UI looks awesome! Feels fast, too.

Will someone help me publish the Mifos manual? I've imported it into the
new system. I guess I'm expecting http://booki.flossmanuals.net/Mifos/
or something (like http://en.flossmanuals.net/Mifos/Welcome).
