[FM Discuss] Bug with chapter titles

ok

so. i think we will solve this by forcing unique names for the url of a
chapter....at the moment it is the simplest solution and is actually how
the old fm worked...so, if we cant do exactly what you want, at least we
aren't going backwards ;)

if you cant wait and want to fix the current civicrm manual (applies to
any other manual too) the way to do it is to create a new chapter with a
unique name...and copy the old content to it...sometimes its quicker to
do it manually than wait for us to create the magic tool that fixes
everything and saves the world ;)
