I have Ebook distribution via Lulu, Amazon, and Biblio and my own website
- www.researchonline.net

By far the best sales channel is my website, followed by Amazon.  The
other two are just a trickle.

Several others I have checked out including Sony and B&N require up-front
costs from me.

The major hassle has been formatting for Amazon - thus the number of
titles I have there are limited.
