[FM Discuss] help with editing

Hello,
I'm working on Campsite manual
http://en.flossmanuals.net/bin/view/CampSite/WebHome and came accross a few
questions I'd like to have answered to avoid mistakes:
- is it possible to create links between chapters?
- 'actual file name' of chapters is too long and doesn't fit in the box, is
it ok?
- how do I change 'actual file name'?
