[FM Discuss] details for printing manuals

Once an ISBN number is assigned, you should not make any revisions to the
book without assigning a new ISBN number.
There are several other Print on Demand services including LuLu.com and
CreateSpace. I use CreateSpace which is an Amazon company. I can't
determine pricing from Lightning Source's website, but you can price out the
book on both Lulu and CreateSpace.
I publish about a thousand titles - mostly on the Civil War, but I also have
about 30 titles for Haiti, and I also do CD-ROM publication, an option not
provided by LuLu or Create Space.
I would like to work with you on this project and can provide answers on the
print process and distribution.
