[FM Discuss] Hindi translation of Audacity

Hello there!

I would like translate the Audacity manual into Hindi language.

Please help me as I don't understand how to do this.

Is there a facility available on the flossmanuals.net to write the
translation online? Or do I need to translate the stuff in my computer and
then upload it to flossmanuals?
