[FM Discuss] Problem with discussion pages?

Shortly after my book was listed on the front page someone made a
comment on the Discussion page.  That page contains this text:

Vote!

What you think of the manual...just click on the stars to vote
%VOTE{id="RateMeUseful2" stars1="Usefulness" stars2="Readablity"
stars3="Accuracy"}%

This text doesn't seem to do anything.  I've checked out other books
and some of them have similar text in their Discussion pages and it
doesn't do anything there either.  Is this something I should be
concerned about?
